a. Video Production Services

• Refunds will not be issued for work already completed or services already rendered.

• Any advance payments or booking fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• If a project is canceled by the client before completion, Cinesta reserves the right to withhold a portion of the payment to cover time, resources, and expenses already invested.

b. Products / Equipment (if applicable)

If Cinesta supplies any video production equipment or products, they may be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

1. The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

2. The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Customized or personalized video content.

• Services already provided, in progress, or delivered.

• Digital files, downloads, and licensed material.

• Advance deposits or booking fees, unless otherwise agreed.
